4. Sod Fun Fact
Date: 2026
Did you know that sod can establish a usable lawn much faster than seeding?
Because sod is already mature grass with an established root system, it begins rooting into the soil within days of installation when properly watered.
This means homeowners can enjoy a lush, green lawn almost immediately, while seeded lawns can take weeks or even months to fully grow in.
At Unity Sod Farm, we take pride in growing quality sod that helps create healthy, beautiful landscapes.
